Cancellations and changes can be made up to 24hours before your appointment start time via your confirmation email.
If you are not able to cancel or reschedule the appointment that means there is less than 24hours until appointment start time.
Due to time and cost allocated if there is less than 24hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointment your card will be charged.
Card details are held securely in Square and your card details can not be seen. In the event you are a No Show or have less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your card is automatically charged by Square.
