Studio Policies
Clear expectations.
These policies protect Olivia's time and ensure consistent availability for all clients. They apply to every booking.
Deposit Policy
A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is collected at the time of booking via secure card payment and deducted from your total at the appointment. The remaining balance is payable on the day by card or cash. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule without losing your deposit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the $40 deposit. To cancel or reschedule, reply to your confirmation email or contact Olivia directly. Please do not cancel via Instagram DM — it may not be seen in time.
Late Arrivals
Appointments run to a strict schedule to keep all clients on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled at Olivia's discretion, and the deposit will not be refunded. If you know you're running late, contact Olivia as soon as possible.
No-Shows
A no-show (failing to attend without any notice) will result in loss of deposit and may require full pre-payment for future bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in being removed from the booking system.
Refill Policy
Refill appointments must be booked within 3 weeks of your last appointment. If more than 3 weeks has passed since your last visit, a full set is required and will be priced accordingly. This ensures the integrity of your lashes and the best possible result.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact Olivia within 48 hours of your appointment. Olivia will assess and, at her discretion, offer a complimentary adjustment. Refunds are not offered for completed services. If a reaction occurs, please contact Olivia immediately.
Health & Contraindications
Please notify Olivia at the time of booking if you: have a known sensitivity or allergy to adhesives or acrylates; are pregnant; have recently had eye surgery or treatment; or are on medication that may affect skin sensitivity. You will be asked to confirm these details as part of your booking. Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect the result and Olivia's ability to provide appropriate aftercare.
